Admissions
At Manor Park School we have our own maintained nursery; children can join Manor Park Nursery the term they become three. Our nursery offers flexible provision so children can attend for their fifteen hour entitlement at a time that suits you as parents or come full-time. Admission to Nursery is managed by school. Please contact the school office for more information or download the application form at the end of this page.
Manor Park School and Nursery offer a 2 Year old provision. Children may start the term after their 2nd birthday. Some places can be funded through deprivation funding allocation. Places are also available in morning or afternoon slots for a nominal fee. PLease contact the school office for further information.
For children starting school in our reception class, the school follows the Local Authority admissions procedure, details of which can be found at the link below.
Starting school for the first time is a very important step for both the child and the parent/carer. We feel it is important that you get to know us and the school. For this reason we would always like you to visit our school before your child starts school. Please contact school to make an appointment to meet Mr Cotterill who will explain the school’s core values, aims and the way we operate on a day to day basis and will also give you an opportunity to tour the school during the school day.
In addition to looking around the school with the Headteacher, new Reception Parents are invited to a meeting during the Summer Term prior to children starting school. We will also ask you to complete a child profile which helps us to gain additional information about your child. Information is also sought from your child’s pre-school setting. Arrangements are made for your child to make pre-school visits to promote as smooth transition as possible.
In year admissons for any child moving to the area or new to school can be handled by completing the online application form on the link below. Parents/carers need to provide Cheshire East Council with their details by registering online, by telephone, email or in writing as follows...
